- Abstract:
- Today’s and tomorrow’s globalised economy and societal demands ultimately require a globally recognised measurement system and an intensified regional collaboration in metrology. These are corner stones for the mutual recognition of standards and certificates and hence for the acceptance of each other’s capabilities, competence, traceability of measurements to the International System of Units and of the quantitative results themselves.
